RESIDENTIAL APPLICATION CRITERIA

  • INCOME

    Household monthly income must be a minimum of 3x’s the monthly rent. Guarantors Accepted.

  • CREDIT

    Anything less than a 650 credit may be approved, dependent on other criteria and at the sole discretion of the property manager,  with an additional security deposit.

  • CRIMINAL HISTORY

    Non approval for all violent felonies. Nonviolent felonies must be 5 years old to be considered. 

  • RENTAL HISTORY

    Need a favorable history from at least one prior landlord.
